At My Pranic Life, we are committed to providing thoughtful, intentional healing sessions. To respect both your time and ours, we have the following cancellation and refund guidelines:

📅 Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance at no charge.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will incur a $25 rescheduling fee.

• No-shows (missed appointments without prior notice) are considered non-refundable and will not be rescheduled without a new booking.

💰 Refund Policy

• Single sessions are eligible for a full refund if cancelled with 24 hours’ notice or more.

• Late cancellations (under 24 hours) are not eligible for refunds.

• Package bookings (e.g., 3 or 5-session bundles):

  • They are non-refundable once any session is used.

  • If unused, packages may be refunded within 7 days of purchase upon written request.
